Kentucky Innovation & Enterpreneurship Conference (KIEC)
KIEC 2012, the Eighth Annual Kentucky Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference, will bring together distinguished speakers, tech-based economic development practitioners, researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and students and postdoctoral fellows.
The conference will focus on growing local initiatives powered by science and engineering talent. KIEC is open to ALL faculty, postdoctoral fellows, students, and small businesses. KIEC is also open to the general public and anyone interested in technology-driven innovation, high-tech growth, university-business engagement, and job opportunities.

* Abstracts submitted online before midnight May 15, 2012 will be included in the program book; abstracts submitted after that date/time may be displayed at KIEC but will not be included in the program book.
The KIEC logo reflects five research focus areas: Biosciences, Environmental and Energy Technologies, Human Health and Development, Information Technology and Communications, and Materials Science and Advanced Manufacturing.
